B2 extension approval after parenents left

Hi,

My parents came to US with B2 visa and applied for extension. They left before got decision from USCIS and submit a new I94 at the airport. Now we got their approval notice with their original I-94 attached. How should we deal with this I-94? Is there any place we need to submit? Thanks for help!
