i have 2 questions about filing the affidavit of support for extension of visa.
my brother will be filing it and he is on h1.
When filling out Part 3, it says this statement is being filed on behalf of:
(where he put my father's name). Now in the address for my father he would put his Pakistan address right? not the address that he is residing in the US right? It's a bit confusing because it says address presently residing at.
also, for part 11, where it says i intend/do not intend to make specific contributions for the support of the persons named in item 3. What should be said? I found this part a little confusing.
