Hello,

I want to invite a person from India to US but I am not comfortable providing any kind of my financial credentials or salary information to him. He is capable of self sponsoring. Is it sufficient to send invitation letter alone or do I need to send my visa documents too? Basically, I wanted to know what all documents do I need to send him when he is self sponsoring for his entire visit?

You need to send NOTHING, the visitor has to self-qualify for the visa. You don't even need to send an invitation letter.
