B2 application rejected. How soon can I apply again ?

Hello,

My mother's visitor visa got rejected in december 07. The reason was that both children are in US and she is a widower. They quoted section 214b. I am in the US as as a permanent resident and my sister is here on L2 visa.

How soon can I apply again for the B2 ? Assuming that our famiy situation is not going to change in the near future (i.e both her children are going to be in the US in the near future).

If her circumstances do not change, she will most likely not be able to overcome 214(b) regardless of how often she tries. However, she may also get lucky.
