Hello,

I have 10 year multi B1/B2 from my past employer. Now I have changed my job & the previous employer has sent me a notification that they have informed the consulate about cancellation of my Visa.

Is it possible for them to cancel it? Will I recieve any notice regarding this cancellation from the embassy?

How & where can I check the validity of my visa?

Please let me know. Thank you!

The B1/B2 visa was issued to you. Your ex-employer may have supplied you with documentation to help your case, but you overcame 214(b). I seriously doubt that the issuing consulate will entertain a cancellation request from your ex-employer.
It seems the parting wasn't cordial?

Thanks for your reply. Yes you are right, the parting wasn't cordial and I am really not sure what more to expect out of this? I even tried contacting the VFS here and they said that cancellations were possible. Not sure how to check further! Any inputs!
