Please anyone answer my question. I am
I have applied for immigration last 3 years with the help of my sister who is US citizen.
Now I want to enter US for my business trip. The problem is when I read visa information ,I found out that a person who already applied immigrant cannot apply non immigrant visa. If anybody know similar situation , please let me know and please advise me.

That is incorrect. You can apply for a non-immigrant visa even if there is an immigrant sponsorship in the works. Just bear in mind that your chances of being granted a non-immigrant visa will be very low.
