My cousin brother and aunt applied for B-2 visa in December'10 for attending my Masters Graduation ceremony. I had sent them with Invitation letters from my University and sponsorship letters, bank statements from my side.
The officer at Delhi consulate didn't even look at the documents and denied him visa under 214(b).
My brother joined his family business and was working with his father earlier, but due to his father's bad health he had to take over it completely.
Would this be considered a change in situation since the last rejection, should we even consider re-applying?
Especially at this time, I heard the rate of rejection is much higher since Osama was killed even H1 stampings are delayed by 4-5 months for administrative processing.
Please guide us.
