Hi,

I wanted to sponsor visitor's visa for my parents. The issue is that I am on maternity leave and don't have a recent paystub. My last paystub is for Apr. 15th. My in-laws are here in US on tourist visa which was sponsored by my husband in March 05. They are going back to India on 29th June. Can my husband sponsor my parents given the fact that his parents are still in US or should I sponsor them with my not so recent paystub?

Please reply asap. Their interview is on 17th.

To sponser pay stub is not necessary. Primary point is whether you have liquid fund in your bank account to take care of the visitors.

Suppose you have half million in your bank account and retired, how you are going to produce paystub.

Your affidavit , tax returns and 3 months bank statement will prove you are financially sound,
