Hi,
Last 2008, I was present for more than 183 days. Am I subject to taxation?
What my company does is file my tax here but my payroll is from my home country.
is this valid? From what I know B1 is not allowed to receive any wages here.
They filed my home country salary as wages, salaries and other comp in my W2?
Should I file taxes?
would this alarm the USCIS?
