Hi,
I applied for B1/B2 visa from Canada as landed immigrant. I have an appointment next week. The reason to apply to attend CPA(Certified Public Accountants) exam which suppose to be any time within 5 months.
I mentioned in my application that I will stay FOUR DAYS only and in fact I do not need more days than that but I need to go back again for THREE times since there are four exams has to be done within 18 months to get CPA certificate.
I am little worried to be denied because I am not working now and receiving EI (Employment Insurance);however, I have a good balance in my account.
I am separated(legally married) and my kids living with me because their mother suffering a health issue and staying for few months at the hospital.
Do you think is US board of accountancy's letter helpful to prove that I am going to the states because of exam?
Do I have a fat chance to be rejected because I do not have a job recently?
My ties in Canada are bank account, kids, lease, utility bills, credit cards, education, more than two years of residency, citizenship(applying for Canadian citizenship will be within few months).
Thank you
