b1 to h1b

i m on b1 till 5 oct 2006
my h1b will be approved by august
so do i have to go back or can i continue to work after 5 oct on h1b
what will be the difficulties i will face during this transition?

If you have a B1 visa on your passport, My suggestion would be go back, get all the required documents from your employer and go for stamping in India. Later on you may be asked many questions by the visa officer in India or any other consulate you go.
