B1 to H1

I am a Canadian PR on B2 visa here and found a company who sponsor H1 for 2005 quota. How to go with that.

1.Change of status?
2.Get a new H1 and get H1 stamped in Canada?

Please Help..

B2 to H1B

I"am also in the same dilema ,
Infact I haven't even got my B2 yet , but I have interview on 16 of this month.

I think change of ststus is better because you can start the JOB right away
from OCT 1 and then may after 2 or 3 months you can go for stamping .
