B1 Stamped H1B approved, Can work using H1B?

Hi,
My Current company has got my B1 stamped using tHe BEP, If i am in USA and my H1B (applied thrrough another company gets approved) Can i switch my Job to the new company, without requiring to stamp the H1B immidiately.
I heard that you can swith your job and keep on working and later when u come to India you can get the H1B Stamped.

if your H1 approval notice has I-94 attached (at the bottom) then there is no need to go for stamping immediately. You can start working for new employer when H1 start. You can get stamping done when you leave country.
