B1-Renewing Tourist Visa to US In India....

Hi,
My Sister-in-laws US Visitor Visa is going to expire in April and needs to be renewed in India. 2 years back we submitted a petition for GC for my sister-i-law in the US.

Now when my sister-in-law goes in renewal of her visitor visa to US would her GC application be scrutanized.
Would her visitor visa to US be rejected since she has an ongoing Process for her GC in US.
Should she mention that her stay will be sponsored by my family here.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

She should definetly mention that she has been sponsored for a GC and yes there is a strong possibility that this may harm her chances of acquiring another NIV.
