Hi,
I am Currently on B1. My exit date is July 22 2006. My company is looking to extend my exit date for 3 months(Total is 6 months). But I have filed for H1 from a USA Consultancy when I was in India. So if I extend my B1 visa, will that be a problem for me in getting H1? Can I get my H1 visa stamped from Mexico or Canada if I stay for 3 more months.
