I have a 10 year multiple entry B1 and a H1-B from an employer. Both are valid now. I have not traveled on the H1-B till now. I have traveled on the B1 twice before getting the H1 stamped. But now my current company in India wants me to go to the US on the business visit.
1.) Is there a chance that my H1 visa will be canceled when I land in the US?
2. ) If its canceled then does that mean that I have to go to India to get a stamping again or that I have to apply under next year's quota?
I plan to return from the US and then resign in India and then fly back to the US on the H1.
My flying dates are coming near. Please help!
