B1->Extension->H1->GC?

I came here on B1, got extension and finally got H1 and have been working for the last one year. I\'m also a part-time student here. I\'m getting a new post now and also, my employer is going to apply for my GC now. Is it better to add the \'part-time student\' thing to the case or not? Once my GC is filed, can I take AP and go back to India? What could be the problem when I enter US on AP?

AP is granted once your I-485 is filed

AP is granted once your I-485 is filed , you need to go through Labour and I-140 first.GC Labour is nearly frozen these days
