We are an Indian company started a subsidiary in US. We have a tax paying INC with 1 office & 1 apartment on lease in US. I intend visiting US about 3-4 times a year & spending approx 1 month each time. Would I face any problems at POE ? What papers or evidence should I carry to satisfy during interrogation at POE ?
We genuinely tried L1 petition but was denied the first time as we had a virtual office & currently we reapplied after taking a office in a business centre & have a RFE stating that the office is too small.
