B1 currently a member of an LLC in USA

Hello

I'm on a B1 visa valid for 10 years (2007-2017). Previously from 2000-2003 I was on F1 visa.

Currently I'm a 50% member of an active LLC with a turnover of $100,000 per month.

I wanted to know if I can change my status to other visa type so that it gives me more flexibility. I'm from INDIA so E2 is not applicable. Please help.

My Business involves me monitoring the activities periodically. Sometimes it may extend for 3-4 months. With B1 visa I'm permitted to stay for 3 months.

It should be 6 months unless you are using WVP.

With B1 visa I'm permitted to stay for 3 months.

Its 3 months. They give 6 months to my wife who has a B2 visa.

Depending on how much finance you have and what citizenship you hold, you may consder an E-1 or E-2 visa.
