Hi All ,

I am in the US for the first time visiting my uncle in New Jersey ,

i hold B1/B2 5 Years Multi Visa ,

i just wana ask what are my options to live in the US ?

do i have a chance ? please help !
 
It looks like you may have committed fraud in obtaining a B visa in the first place since you are in the U.S. on your very first trip and seeking a way to stay. THAT situation may come back to haunt you in the future.

You need a basis for immigration. A close family member that can petition for you or an offer of qualifying employment. Got any? It is a perfectly valid B visa purpose to enter for the business purpose of job hunting and/or interviewing with a prospective petitioner/sponsor for future employment-based immigration. It is also valid to come as a B visitor to check out schools that you are considering attending but you cannot enroll in a school unless it is a qualified program and until AFTER you obtain a student visa.
