I have a Multiple B1/B2 visa to USA and planning to travel next month since I have a personal interview in one of a good hospital in Nevada. I am a Medical Transcriptionist. Can this hospital give or issue me a working permit if I passed the interview and exam. Also. I have another offer to work in a Medical Clinic in Nevada but my visa is only B1/B2. Can i get an employment authorization from the Immigration? What are my chances of working there?
Please advise me...

Thanks and God bless.

The only possibility is through H1 work visa. You must have atleast 4 yrs BS degree to qualify to work in USA.

B1/b2

Thank you so much for the quick response to Mr. Great Guru..
If I will apply for an H1 visa from my current B1/B2 visa, what are the requirements the INS will be asking from me besides the B.Sc. degree. Are there any papers/documents to be presented to them when applying and what are the fees to pay for this process. Please advise me, I am so desperate to get a true answer to my query.

Also, my husband is currently in USA now on B1/B2 visa and his I-94 will expire on July 13.. Can he get another 3 months extension until October 2005. I will be travelling next week to USA on B1/B2 visa too. If ever i will be given 6months and that will be until October 2005, can my husband give this reason to the INS that he will wait for the expiration of my I-94 so we can travel back together to our home country. Please please advise...

I will appreciate a soonest response and God bless..

Thank you very much once again & God bless.

Go to www.USCIS.GOV for more information

Is is doubtful that his I-94 will be extended for that reason but you can always try by filing I-539 to extend his stay. You will have to give a satisfatory answer why the two of you just didn't travel together in the first place. Among other things you will also be required to show proof of economic solvency and how you are able to support yourself without working for a long time.

Thanks 196111 for your advices. Actually the reason why my husband travelled ahead of me was because we have a business here in our home country and no one will manage it except me. I still have to wait for my son & daughter to finish their schooling days here in our country which was had just finished this 31st of March. Now they can have time to handle the business themselves and at last I am free to travel now to USA (since our long time plans in year 2002). I have a brother & a sister in Las Vegas and Texas. It was my long time dream to travel to USA, to go around the nicest places in Las Vegas, Texas, Florida, Arizona, L.A. Washington & so forth. I have lots of relatives who are so close to me which I have not seen for long time.

Would these reasons be a convincing one to them? 6months of stay is enough for me but I want my husband to wait for me since we were not together when we have our wedding anniversary last saturday & we are planning to celebrate it there. We were even asked / invited by my brother to stay upto December to celebrate Xmas with them.

Please advise me 196111 if these will be alright and if there is very clear chance of a 2month extension for my husbands 1-94.

Thanks a lot and God bless you....

B2 visa

We have been given 6months stay inthe USA but stayed only 2months and return to home country 3days back. Is it possible if we can go back to USA again after a month time and be given another 6months again? or will I have to wait for more time to go back so that I can be given another 6months?
Please advise.

God bless.
