B1/B2 Visa Holder married to USC

Dear All,

i'm a holder of B1/B2 Visa been to USA twice now and i met this princess during my second visit, i wonder what we have to do, we are planning to do our engagement during my next visit which will be in few months, and my questions is what we have to do after this to change my status? what do we have to file? and how long it will take ? i will have to go back to my country due to my work ? am I allowed to do this or not?

If we did the marriage during my next visit, how it will go, will i be in trouble because of i'm having a B1/B2 visa? i'm really confused and need an answer for this ?

I wish someone could help me in this.
 
Had you entered the US and then had a spur of the moment marriage (ie, not planned/discussed in any shape or form before you entered the US), then you could AOS while you were in the US.

However, as you now have intent to marry and AOS, you now have 2 options.

1) Apply for a K1 fiance visa and then use this visa to get married on and AOS legally.

or

2) Get married on your B2 visa during your next visit, return home, and then have your spouse apply for either a K3 or CR1 visa. When this is approved you can then enter the US and AOS legally.

It is not illegal to enter the US with the intent to get married.....however, it is illegal to get married AND AOS with prior intent.
