B1\B2 visa: clinical rotations for a med student?

I want to use my B1\B2 visa to enter the US for clinical rotations.
I'm a med student in 5th year in Russia (out of 6). The rotations are paid (I get an invoice with that).
What kind of paperwork should I have with me at POE to avoid problems?

I'm sorry for misunderstanding, what I meant was that I'm not getting paid for this. Also, I never heard of any med school to take any care about that, they simply say "come on B1\2 since clinical clerkship is listed among other eligibilities"

I'm not taking residency training for which J1 or H1 is needed. It's clinical clerkships (could also be observership or externship). For which every single university from Havard to a not-known-suburban hospital requires B1 with no support, but a letter of enrollment. It's not an easy question I asked, even immigration officers at the border take up to a few hours to look up the information... It's all I got from scarce sources.

If it is considered work (regardless if you get paid or not) according to USCIS, then there will be an issue. Else B-1 should be fine.
