B1-B2 visa approved for six months

My brother is a doctor, Right now he is in UK. he got six months b1 visa when he applied for some 2 days course at boston. . Concern is will it cause any problems for him if he skips this course and come later directly for clinicals practical exam , he finished his Step 1 and step 2.

well congrats to ur brother first.
i myself a doctor in pursuit of us residency can well understand the concern. infact as far as my knowledge goes it won't be a problemif ur brother enters usa for step 2 cs exam as at the port of entry he'll be asked for the documents for support of his stay and as long as his visit is within the stipulated period i definitely see no trouble. still i'll ask my friends there in usa doing residency if they know much on this topic.
