Hi All
I am new to this forum and find it really helpful. I am realy hoping that some one here will help me out and giuide me what to do in a situation which i am going to explain below:

I have a multiple entry B1/B2 visa and I am a Permanent Resident in Canada (with soon to be a citizen in August 2010 time frame). A US employer is interested in hiring me through my Canadian Company (Corporate). The duration of the contract will be 1 year. During that one year time frame he wants me to provide my consultancy to that project. He wants me to be physically in USA for 5 to 6 weeks and then come back to Canada and stay here for 2 to 3 weeks before going back to USA for another 5 to 6 weeks term. In the whole year (up till September at least), it is going to be 4 or 5 trips like that.

My question to you guys is that, would it be okay to do this? Can visa officer raise any questions about why am i crossing the border too often? Your guidence and help in this regard will highly be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Regards

You can land into hot water doing that. Such a travel pattern may result in a lot of questioning, and may even result in your being denied entry into the US.
