B1/B2 Visa after approval

Hi,

My Non Immigrant Visa ( B1/B2 ) has been approved in December, 2008 i was told that it could take maximum 2 months but now its already 6 months and i am still waiting for my visa , could any one please tell me how long it could take or is there any tracking system to track your Visa status ?????

You are most likely stuck in name check.

Actually my question is still there though i came know by you that my name is in name check, I just want to know that how long it could take maximum to get the visa.

Unfortunately there is no maximum time frame when dealing with name check. It could be weeks, months, or in some rare cases, more than a year.
