B1 / B2 to L1, new company

Hello.

Could you please guid me on this.

We are a FDA pproved manufacturer and have been selling goods to the US since 2001. The company is owned by my mom and i am the Intl. Business Manager. My dad travels to the US every yr to trade shows and we exhibit and sell by booking orders and then exporting from India.

I have a multiple B1/B2 visa.

Can i open a branch office in USA for the parent company.

Can i apply for a L visa once i open this office?

Can i apply for my wife and kid after this?

how long does the whole process tke and what would be the approx. fees etc.
