B1/B2 to H1B or L1

hi i am sanjay patel holding indian passport and currently working in thailand holding workpermit.
i just got B1/B2 10 year visa
my planning is to go usa and star working (at the end motel or store business)
i would like to know is H1B is better or L1

what is full process for h1b [i have some relatives (green card holder)in usa in various business so for sponcer i can get from them]
how long it takes and how much expense

what full process for L1 (i am managing dorector and share holder in abc exports thailand co ltd. my perent compnay is abc exports in india,mumbai thay do have branch abc hongkong co ltd and abc jewels inc,usa)

You need a company sponsoring your visa for H1B. No sponsor, no H1B. Whole process is a lot to say, but sponsor employer must take care of it so that I won't go very detail of process.

For L1, you don't have much choice as it is for intra-company transfer, meaning you are transferred from foreign office of your company to the US office.
You must have worked for their foreign affiliate at least 1 continuous year in the last 3 years.

Cost is a few thousand US$ if includes lawyer fee,
