I have a multiple B1/B2 valid till 2009 stamped on a passport which has no blank pages left and I applied for new additiona booklet. This is basically a new passport with new number. But in my visa, it is clearly mentioned the old passport number. However in my new passport is is sealed that I have been travelling with the old passport number xxxxxx.
I am preparing for a trip in July to US and worried if this can cause trouble at POE. The officer can say that the passport which has valid visa is already cancelled. Does anybody know anything about it or have you faced such a situation.

Should not be a problem. When I was just a Pakistani citizen, my passport at one time had three booklets stapled together. Although two of the booklets had no blank pages, I had to carry them with the third booklet since I had my 10 year US visa, 5 year Canadian visa, 5 year British visa, 3 year Schengen visa and my Kuwaiti residence permit on those booklets. I traveled to the US, Canada, UK and elsewhere without a problem using my 3 booklet passport.
