B1/B2 Multiple Visa(URGENT)

Hello,
I had visited United States in 2004 for on the job training. I have been issued B1/B2 visa for 10yrs multiple entry.
What is B1/B2? Are there seperate rules for B1 and B2 or just one rule?
My Visa has been issued by US consulate. My first visit to USA is through my office for on the job training. Office visits to USA are unpredictable. It might or might not happen.
My main question is, IF I WANT TO VISIT USA ON B1/B2 VISA ON MY PERSONAL EXPENSES, ARE THERE ANY RULES & RESTRICTION FOR IT?
HOW FREQUENT CAN I VISIT TO USA?
Please help me on these queries.

HOW FREQUENT CAN I VISIT TO USA?

You should keep the documents for POE check.

1. Return ticket
2. Health Insurance docs
3. Doc showing you have sufficient $ funds
or
Invitation letter from your friend or relative
His passport, visa, employment and finanical status docs.
