B1/B2 marriage to EAD / AP holder waiting for GC.

I am currently waiting for my GC and have my EAD and AP. My AOS was employment based EB3.
My girl friend who has visited me 3 times in the past year, will be visiting me again around June 15th. She has a valid B1/B2 visa till Sep 10. I want to ask her to marry me and add her to my AOS application and also file her EAD / AP applications. Her previous visits were for one week, 4 days and 4 months from October 2008 till May 2009.
Please let me know how soon we should get married once she arrives this time, so that we can file her AOS application as my spouse
If there are any other options for us to be together in the US, please let us know.
Her getting a H1 in this job market is doubtful.
Her getting an F1 is also ruled out since both of us just completed our Masters. Me here in the US and she in Europe, so all our saving are gone.

Yes, that is correct. My change of employment was based on EAD and not H1B. My last date with my old employer who filed my GC was more than a year back.

You both should marry, even if outside the US, before your I-485 is approved. She can then come to the US using the follow-to-join route.

Could you please share what steps had you taken between June and now....were you able to work towards a solution?
