I just got this message today after having my PP stamped on JULY 21, 2004 in L.A.
Does this mean they will send the card soon?

Typically the case status will change three times: first to "processing completed", then card ordered, then card mailed. So, yes, it looks like you are close to getting the plastic.

I pray that we all get our PR Cards/Green cards soon! :) ;)
