Please I need your advice. I have my interview next week and i need your help.
We do not have a joint insurance. Can she use her USA passport for identification. I am not working now 'cos this is my last semester in school and she is not working now 'cos this is also her last semester in school. We used her taxes for 2002,2003,2004 when we filled and we also used a co-sponsor since we are both in school now. for the three years she worked she was making average of 27k each year.
These are the only proof of marriage we have.
1. Marriage certificate
2. Phone bills (Joint)
3.Bank Account (Joint)
4.Lease (Joint)
5. Big Album ( wedding pictures and family pictures)
6. Gas bill (joint)
7.Honey moon bills at Disney World (joint name)
8. wedding gifts in form of Cards( over 30)
9 Correspondences
10. Our wedding rings
11. flight documents for visitations when we were dating
13. Evidence that I have been in Status since I came (form I-120)
14. My transcripts
15. Honey moon pictures
16.pictures with my family members here bowling and stuff.
Please could you advice me on how to come out best for the interview. I am praying believing God that I will also get my passport stamped same day. Please feel free to write me.
