[B]Applying B1 with valid H1B Stamp on Passport[/B]

I have H1B stamp on my passport valid until 2007. My i-129 will expire on Nov 2005. I left this company one year ago. New company planning to start B1 processing.

What happens if I get B1 visa? Will the H1B stamp cancelled?
What happens if I don't get B1 visa? Will the H1B stamp still cancelled?
