hi ,my sister & her husband r in u.s on H1b visa, my sister was came before 8 month but her husband was not came till 2 years, so his parents visa was rejected just this cause, now my parents r apply for visitor visa so there is chance to reject to my parents visa on this cause.
give me idea what can we do?
