Asking this question for a relative. She has some psychiatric issues. She is not violent, but anyone talking to her can easily see something is not right.

The Visa form asks questions about mental issues.

Given her condition, what are the chances she will be issued a visa?

Like any other visitor she will need to overcome 214(b). Has she been officially diagonsed by a doctor or is it you determining she has issues?
