Hi. I am current greencard holder and my wife is citizen. I am trying to have my parents visit US for my daughter birthday party for a couple of months from BURMA.
The problem is that they got rejected last time when they tried to visit when my daughter was born. At the time, I was on F-1 Visa and my wife was a Greencard holder. Counselor did not believe they would go back to US. So I am very afraid they would get rejected this time based on that as well.
They can show their property ownership and bank account etc. I am sending them birthday party invitation, my bank statement etc. What else can we do to improve the chances?
Or we are down to applying greencard for my parents in next two years when I became citizen? They don't want to migrate. They just want to visit for a while. How can we make counselor believes that?
