B-2, letter from employer

Hello everybody,
My friend wants to visit me on B-2 visa. In order to show ties to the country, he needs to bring letter from employer. How this letter should look? Maybe someone had such an experience and can share the sample of such letter, please? And one more question: should it be written in English or in native language and translated into English?

His employer may supply him a letter stating how long your friend has been working for them and how much salary he gets. Ideally it should be in English.
