B-1 TO H-1B Conversion

I am on B-1 visa in US and I also have an approved H-1b Petition , I want to find out once I have converted to H-1b ( changed job) will there be any issues in getting my wife to US on H-4 ? Since I won't have the H-1B stamped on the passport will that cause the consulate to reject her petition ? Please advice.

No Problem. she will get her H4, but you have to send all the documents properly
