B-1/2 Visa related questions

My girlfriend has a B-1/2 multi-entry visa,which will be expired in this August.
She had visted US once last year, and want to come to US again this year.
Is it ok to enter US with the Visa?
Do she need to prepare any other certificaitons?
 
As long as she is a bondfide visitor and her visit visa is still valid, she can approach a US POE and request admission. Granting entry will be in the hands of the POE inspector.
