Awaiting invitation for citizenship oath

Hi all,

I passed my naturalisation interview in Nov-05. But I haven't received any invitation for citizenship oath till now.

Anybody has any idea how much time I should wait or what I should do?

what result did you get for your interview? were your case recommented for approval? or were you case pending on background check?

if you could schedule an infopass appointment to the DO, you could ask them for the status, even thought you might get the answer you already know -- "just wait".

Thank you for the reply. After the interview I was given form N-652 which had following 3 boxes checked -
- You passed the test of English and US history and government
- A decision cannot yet be made about your application.
- Do not wait for the letter you will be notified by mail.

Any suggestion in the above situation will be highly appreciated.

It could well be the Name Check, and as ocworker mentioned , It would not be a bad idea if you go for infopass.
