I seem to be stuck with RFEs at every stage. Applied in 98.
I had RFE for Labor, I-140 and now for I-485. I had to use AC-21 portability because I got terminated, after 9 months of ND for I-485.

I received RFE on Oct 1. I sent response to the RFE (pay-stubs, W2 and Proof of employment for 2001) on Oct 22. The status changed to received on Nov 7.

Hope there are no more RFEs!!
 
These dreadful RFEs

I am much like RFEman. Got RFE for EVL, BC and tax records for 485 and then three months after responding to it, a second RFE for incomplete immunization. I wonder why did they not club it in the first one.

In the meanwhile EAD expired so applied for renewal and then INS came out with an RFE for that too. Its a real unnecessary RFE. For renewing my EAD, they wanted me to submit a copy of I-140 approval. Its nowhere mentioned that its required. Also the fact that I got my first EAD means that I-140 was approved.

It looks like delaying tactics to me.
