I have a question regarding my wifes immigration. I am currently a student in Atlanta, GA. My wife got her landing papers in November 2001 and her PR card in December 2003 but has not lived in Canada. She now has to complete her 2 years of living there as per the rules ( 2 years in 5). I still have a couple of years to go. What will be the best way to keep her immigration status and keep her with me
. I know this is a " NEED A LAWYER" category question but figure that most of us are as smart as them. An urgent reply will be very desirable since we are running short on time.
