Hi,

I am the one recently enquiring about EAD renewal and attorney fee etc.

But heard the AVM, it says mine and my wife's cases are approved on 8/19.

RD 9/17/01
ND 11/15/01
FP 1/12/02
AD 8/19/02

EAC-02-038-XXXXX

Please enjoy your relief and huge comfort even though you are too exhausted to get 'excited'!!

Thanks for your good wishes to me also. I though I was a really nice guy during I140 stage. However, I became pretty much negative and frustrated in the late stage of I148 becasue of the long torture. I hereby seriouly say sorry to all who are bothered by by negative comments.

Hope all of us get a break soon.
 
Are you sure you heard about 485 approval or EAD approval ?
Please double check, since you said you asked about EAD renewal.

If its 485 approval, Congratulations !!!

I checked AVM twice.

and also have asked my wife to check.

one more proof is that the AD which is 8/19/2002.

i applied for my EAD/AP a while ago(a year ago,did not apply for renewal yet) and they would not have AD 8/19/02.

I know everybody wants to make sure the info is correct.
