AVM says Case not found

Hi,
My wife and I applied for I485 in Feb 2001 . We got the reciepts for them also. But when I try the automated voice message system to check the status, it always says that the case # is not found in the system.
Is this normal as the VSC has not updated the AVM system or this is just my case and I need to find out about it .
Please let me know about this .

Same problem here

I have the same problem guys with RD 12/00 and ND 01/01. Lets wait and see.

However, I was able to find my case in the system back in March.
