AVM says case not found - any clue?

I received the receipts from TSC with the SRC no\'s. When I try to find the status of my AP it says \'Record not found\' Did anyone have this experience and what does this mean?

RD: 28/12/01
ND: 29/12/01

Anyone with the similar RD/ND having same problem?
