AVM says Additional Info. Required for EAD...Sent Notice

Can any one tell me who will receive the notice? Lawyer or me? Also can any one tell me when EAD is approved does INS informs the sponsorer employer that your employee has been approved for EAD..? Please let me know. thanks.

Just now, i checked avm and it says that additional information is needed. What are the possible reasons for rfe at this stage.

I got RFE for EAD too..

The RFE is for Photos. The photos I sent were darker (INS Says...) So they requested 2 photos. So don\'t worry . Yours might be the same story.
 
Me too in same situation....

I also recd. an RFE for photos (w.r.t.EAD). According to attorney the INS letter says photos have spots & dark background. So, I took photos again & have already sent to my attorney who in turn will forward the same to INS. Will have to wait for further response.Hope this helps....
