AVM said FP NOTICE SENT BUT I STILL DIDNOT GET IT

as per AVM the notice for FP was sent on 31st august but I still haven\'t got it,what should i do?
i am still having hard time connecting to 214-381-1423 (should i buy a phone w/ autoredial??)
