AVM problem, anyone?

I applied for my 485/ead/ap in VSC in march 2001.
I got ead and ap approved. waiting for finger print.

I called avm and when I punch in my file number
for 485 it says "file not found". Same thing for ead
file number.(even though I got my ead approval).
When I punch in my AP file number it says "file approved".

Does anyone else have this problem? I am having the same
problem for 2 full months!!!

I got the same problem months ago, and the problem
got resolved after I called an IIO.

You may talk to IIO to get ur normal message back.

I am having the same problem. Based on some postings here, chances are the case number can be lost when the computer system was updated, or the case can be transferred to local office...I have been trying to get hold of an IIO but to no avail..so if any of you can get thru..please post here the reason why they are not found...do we need to call IIOs or they will address the problem themselves...
