AVM msg changed twice in three days!!

I gave FP on 1/5/02
On 1/15 I heard that "the FP were received and are pending review",
on 1/19/02 I heard that "my FP results were received and the processeing has resumed"

I wonder at what stage finger prints are deemed good/bad. I was just surprised that the messages changed so fast and am hoping that it\'s not bad news!

Any thoughts?
